We fully support the DSU Accommodation Office and the Code of Standards (COS), in fact we were members of the Landlord’s Consultative Committee who implemented the modern COS scheme, with all of our houses being totally compliant with legal safety measures and best practice guidelines. All of our properties have up-to-date gas and electrical safety certificates, conducted by our Gas Safe (CORGI) and NICEC registered tradesmen.

Your deposit – no more and no less! Unlike many Estate Agents and Property Management companies, we make no administration charge, we believe that this is simply unfair as students have pay out for enough, without being charged just to sign a tenancy agreement.

This is taken at the time you sign your contract to secure the property for you. We take a deposit to cover against and damage to the property during your tenancy, however, from our experience this seldom happens and generally deposits are returned in full at the end of the tenancy. From this year, all of our deposits with be handled under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
