Below is a summary of the two rental packages that we offer on all of our Durham student accommodation, both of which include full maintenance service and a gardener.
Standard Rental Package
This rental package is designed for students who wish to manage their own utility bills. You manage your own utility bills and plan how the household will pay them.
Bill free, all-inclusive Rental Package
This bill free rental package on your Durham student accommodation is designed to cater for students who would rather not have to sort out utility bills, instead including them at a fixed price in their monthly rent. All Utilities are included:
• Gas
• Electricity
• Water and Sewerage
• Television License
• Telephone line rental
• Broadband connection, with free telephone helpline
As with the standard rental package, full maintenance service and a gardener is also included.
