Property Details
This is a real ‘home from home’ four bedroom house on a quiet student road in this popular part of the city. It is a short stroll into Elvet Riverside and up to the Science Site. There are lots of close-by shops and amenities.
It has a great oak kitchen, with lots of storage and full of all the appliances and equipment you would expect from a Complete Student Homes home! This well-sized kitchen is great for making a cup of coffee or preparing dinner for eight! The sitting room is spacious, with big sofas, modern gas fire, coffee tables, artwork, dining table and chairs, good lighting and digital channels on the television.
There are four relaxing study bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and separate WC. All the study bedrooms are well furnished with students' needs in mind, and include excellent storage and well sized desks.
The extremely private garden at the back of the house is fantastic with a patio and lawned areas, making it great for barbeques, or just sitting out in the summer with friends. Both the front and rear gardens are maintained by our gardener – so you don’t have to worry about mowing the lawn, cutting hedges or weeding, just enjoy the garden in its seclusion! In addition, there are two outhouses with storage for bicycles and random ‘other’ things.
